Every year I have looked at these beautiful little glowing white flowers with a kind of longing. An inner need to somehow connect with them, to draw them and to celebrate them but more often than not I’m racing out the door doing the usual tasks of life. And so, the cycle has continued, but the last few years I have made a conscious effort to stop and spend time with the snow drops giving thanks for the miracle of new life and the promise of spring to come.
